At Wonderwave Toys, your satisfaction is our priority!
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Replacement Policy
We offer free product pickup for replacements. However, the shipping cost for the return must be managed by you.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order ID or invoice).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out your replacement or process a refund if applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in special cases (like if a replacement product is unavailable).
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Recheck your bank account or payment app.
- Contact your bank or card provider (processing times may vary).

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for refunds, but may be replaced if defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
