1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or purchasing products on WonderWave Toys, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Indian laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this website.

2. Montessori Toys, Handcrafted Build & Child Safety

WonderWave Toys specializes in purposeful, educational wooden toys designed to support fine motor skills, sensory exploration, and cognitive growth. All our toys are built with non-toxic, child-safe water-based paints and smooth rounded edges.

Natural Wood Characteristics: Because our toys are crafted from natural wood, slight variations in wood grain, color tones, and texture are natural characteristics and not defects.

Age Recommendations & Supervision: Products specify recommended age ranges (e.g., 1-6 years). Adult supervision is always recommended during playtime, especially with toys featuring latches, switches, or small parts.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise product prices without prior notice.

Payments are processed via our secure, RBI-authorized payment partner Razorpay, supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and popular Wallets. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India, covering all 28 states, 8 Union Territories, and thousands of pin codes. Free shipping is applicable on all orders of ₹999 and above. For orders under ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Estimated delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your city/town/village and regional logistics conditions.

5. 7-Day Replacement & Refund Policy

We stand firmly behind the craftsmanship of every toy we build. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Please notify us within 7 days of delivery via email (hello@wonderwavetoys.com) or WhatsApp (+91 89834 28762) with your Order ID and photos/video of the issue.
• We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment source via Razorpay within 5-7 business days of inspecting the returned item.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying components and seed ball intact.

6. Environmental Initiative (1 Toy = 1 Tree)

Every toy purchased from WonderWave Toys includes a plantable seed ball as part of our sustainability mission. While we provide high-germination native seed balls, actual growth depends on local climate, soil conditions, and nurturing care.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product designs, brand logos (WonderWave Toys, dolphin visual emblem), photographs, packaging graphics, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of NEURAXEN ROBOFORGE PRIVATE LIMITED. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited under Indian and international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or connected with these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
